Undergoing renovations. And yet, the hallways and other rooms smelled musty.

The room was quiet.
No phone book in room. Room service did not come.

Pretty good for the most part. Restaurant had high prices and weird goumet menu. Staff was friendly. The room service door hanger order thing was useless. I followed the directions but got nothing. Food prices are high at this hotel.

Fantastic front desk staff!
Employee at the Daz Bog coffee shop should not be in customer service. Rude, slow and unfriendly.

Front desk staff was very helpful and cheerful. I accidentally left my phone cell charger in the room when we checked out. Front desk staff was all very friendly during our 3 day stay. They are what make the difference, oh and the warm cookies are very good too!

The most comfortable beds in the world!
The room was often not clean - had dirty glasses, etc.

The room was often left dirty with dirty glasses, garbage not dumped, ice bucket left with old water. However, it had the most comfortable beds, linens and shower as well as a very friendly staff. Also, elevator was quite scary- slow moving and strange squeaks. Outside door was broken as well.
