WiFi didn't work despite the extra charge.

They initially tried to give me a smoking room (I don't smoke) for which an armpit would have smelled better. I depend on computer access for my job. Their WiFi didn't work, but I was invited to sit in the lobby with my computer to get access (not). I waited 20 minutes to get checked in. There was no ice machine but I had to interrupt an extended conversation after standing patiently at the reception desk for 5 minutes to find this out. This turned out to be an extended stay motel, so the room wasn't made up for the 5 days I was there (maybe I missed that point when I made the reservation). read more

Almost clean room. Kitchen.

I've stayed before, so I knew what I was getting into. Not bad, considering. Usually I have to do my own cleaning at ESA's, but this was not that bad. I'd say it was worth it.

Location and price.
The handicap room and the kitchen atmosphere reminded me of home.

I was very disappointed. My husband and I needed to get away and decided to go to a concert and spend the night. I guess I just expected a better looking room. The bed was really hard and the TV was off to the side so you really couldn't see it. I thought they would have served some type of a breakfast snack.

Extremely helpful staff.
Bed was rather hard.

One of three of this chain of hotel in this part of the city including another one that is not even two minutes drive away. I had not been in this part of Denver in 20 yrs so needless to say I had no idea where anything was. Over the course of the stay the staff were fabulous at helping find where I wanted to go.

Staff was very helpful and considerate.

If the matress was a horse the only reasonable thing to do would be to take it out and shoot it to put it out of your misery. Again, staff was really nice and helpful.

It was adequate.
Things like dust on the fridge, things you know are in your house, but it's not your dirt!

It's good for a 2 day stay, because you can cook you own meals, etc. But homesteads are not typically the cleanest, best place to stay if you have family with you.

Clean, good location, and very cheap.

Hotel was in a good location. It was clean and well cared for. The staff was professional and courteous. The price was excellent. I ended up extending the stay by one day and my wife stayed with me. Not romantic but very functional. Small kitchen was useful.
