Grand Junction CO is a hard town for practical hotel rates. The Grand Vista was the best room for the price.

It was quiet.
in-room phone not working, no in-room internet; poor decor.

This hotel promotes itself as "new", however it is clearly a remodeled lower-end motel. Room amenities were OK, (plastic cups, not glass), the bed sagged. and the decor was very bare and shoddy. That said, it was quiet, there was hot water in the bathroom, and it was clean. The lobby area smelled of cigarettes.

Close to town and airport.
Rooms had strange odor, shower head did not work properly, walls are very thin.

The price was great but the hotel rooms are very old and not well maintained. Our Room had a strange odor, and shower head did not work properly along with the vent fan in the bathroom, walls are very thin and you can hear the person in the next room showering. The floor in the room was dirty as well.

In fact, I remember that it was the only three star rating in Grand Junction, and it does not deserve that.

Old worn furnishings.

Old hard beds, horrible flat pillows. Nothing but 1 bar of soap and 1 small shampoo. The towels are dingy and rough on skin. 2 stars max.

Great value for the price.
The doors on the television amoir did not easily stay open.

Internet service was great. They also have two computers in the lobby. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. No complaints. A great place to stay for the price.
