Nice, clean building, high ceilings and upgraded linens.
Breakfast area was a bit crowded.

The staff was generally friendly and sympathetic.
I felt like I slept curled up in an ashtray.
I literally woke periodically throughout the night thinking someone was smoking in my bed next to me.

For a hotel that is supposedly the newest in Gunnison, it is appalling that they have smoking rooms, much less as the standard. I specifically asked for non-smoking, and then was told that the smoking room I'd been given was the only one available. I opened a window as wide as it could go, turned the fan on full-blast all to no avail. This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a hotel in a long time! And believe me, I'm no stranger to hotels, and they're rarely luxurious. But clean and smoke-free should not be a luxury! read more

Clean room, great location, and beautiful lobby.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The lobby was spacious and inviting. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice and informative about the hotel services. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Gunnison area.

Location. Excellent.
Breakfast attendant was a little on the rushed side.

New facility. Great location. Large, clean rooms/suites. Quiet. Friendly, quick to serve staff, go out of their way to help you. That is where we will stay next time in Gunnison.
