Elevator sounded horrible like it really needs service carpet in elevator was very dirty. room was okay could tell it was only a 2 star hotel.

The clerk was very helpful and gave us directions to things we asked about and gave us water when we asked with no charge.

The location of the hotel was great for us because we wanted to go to the Mile High Flea Market and it was right across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Potential to be better, nice furniture, good pillows, and good staff.
Elevator did not work and third floor door to stairs slammed shut every minute and kept us awake

Under remodel...I would not have stayed here if I would have known. We got no sleep with the third floor door slamming all the time since the elevator was broken. The door closer did not slow down the door and shook the whole floor when it slammed.

Friendly efficient hotel staff, good room, clean everything was great.

I would stay there again which is the biggest compliment I can pay.

It fulfilled what I expected from the hotel.
Parking and location not ideal.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room and facilities typical of this chain. Location of hotel less than ideal for me, be easy access to highway. Pretty good value.
