Desk Staff was AWESOME!!
Pop/beverage machine was broke, (ONLY ONE(1) FOR ENTIRE HOTEL).

This was a very clean and friendly place to stay. It is located just a few blocks from the Highlands Behaviorals System and was a very convienient and safe place to stay. The real downside was that the only pop/ beverage machine in the hotel is located by the front desk "AND IT WAS BROKE". The desk clerk couldn't open it (not her fault) so I had to walk to a service station at 11PM to get a drink. (Temoeratures were in the high 90's while I was there). The rooms were spotless and had all the ammenities you could need. I would dfinitely stay here again if in Littleton Co. read more

no pool only spa which was not hot enough.

We like the hotel for the large room, for the location and the breakfast which consists of more than donuts and coffee. We have stayed here several times and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast was good.
No pool, the work out room was small; the bathroom had the sink in it so no family member could get ready while another was showering.

No pool but does have an outdoor hot tub. In Colorado?

The bed was okay.
I hated the Bathroom. So small you could barely open the door.

Some place to stay if you need one. A little overpriced for what you get. Waffles were good eggs and sausage were disgusting. Remolding the room next door I can understand but they started at 7:30. That's to early.

Internet nonfunctional, hot tub broken, only 1 luggage cart.

Staff was clueless about Internet hot tub was broken 2 of the 3 days I was there. hotel only had 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel. no residential white pages in the room or the office, bed's were awful.
