Convenient.
Room was very small, cigarette smoke smell.

We felt that the room was quite small. It was worn out, and is very much in need of the facelift that it will be experiencing in the very near future. Many times there was evidence of smoking going on in nearby room(s), to the point that we had to call the desk.

Main floor smells like chlorine (as all hotels with pools usually do).

Very clean and fresh room with very comfortable furnishings.

The hotel was wonderful all around - friendly & helpful staff - clean, spacious, updated, and very comfortable room - good breakfast selection. An excellent hotel experience!

Incredibly nice; excellent breakfast; staff was unbelievably helpful and kind.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Not only was this hotel way nicer than it's 2 star rating implies, the staff was made up of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever encountered in a hotel.

Great hotel!
Not much negative I can think of.

Great continental breakfast. They were quick to get us a clean! Crib for our baby. Beds were really comfy. Just an overall great stay. I can't believe it's rated a 2-star. Seem so much better.

The beds - that is all that needs said. They are wonderful!

This is an excellent hotel. Very clean, quiet and an easy location to get to. Located very close to Flat Iron Mall and other assorted fine shopping. Beautiful view. I highly recommend this hotel.

No proper restaurant.

Simple and straightforward. Good rooms with movie facilities, queen beds. Plenty of non-smoking rooms. Accommodating to special needs.
