Clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
None of the ice machines on either floor worked and I was required to go to the restaurant to get ice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds.
Room was kind of musty.

Hotel staff was friendly and the room was worth what I paid for it. Did not know they had a bar and an indoor pool, otherwise I would have packed my swim trunks. Was nice that they were close to many other places to eat. Did not like that fact that my one night there, Sunday, was the only day of the week they did not provide room service.

Great value for your stay when traveling between CO and NM.
Wi-Fi access spotty.

The property is actually undergoing name change to Clarin, so the sign outside can be very confusing, and the entrance is not very clear. We almost got killed by a speeding car on Elizabeth st. when making a left turn into the lot. The restaurant is gorgeous, plenty of selections.

The free breakfast was pretty good.
Nonprofessional Staff. Our reservations were not entered in the computer correctly. We were lucky to have our confirmation papers with us!

Nonprofessional Staff - Our reservations were not entered in their computer correctly. We were lucky to have our confirmation papers with us! Then, on our second day, we had to re-check in because our reservations were still not correct. We paid way too much for the service we received. We were late for two events because of the time required to check in both times.

Location.
Worse.

Lack of maintenance! Both doors into the room were not secured, door striker plate was not fastened to the frame, door security chain/latch was not secured to door thus rendered it useless!

Not one thing.
Poor staff, dirty rooms very dated and smelly.

They advertised free full breakfast when we went to eat the ask for a coupon which we were never given one staff said she'd get us one then we were ask to leave and we could not have breakfast because we got our room via internet, in the mean time my nine year old had already served himself and was made to leave his food there. No manager was on duty throughout my stay. I was unable to make a formal complaint. I was not happy! read more

The hotel had a nice swimming pool and hot tub.
The a/c didn't work and curtains were torn.

The hotel is located close to local dining and easy access on and off of highways. The continental breakfast was acceptable, but could have offered fruit and Danish. The landscaping was nice at the front lobby area.
