Extended Stay Deluxe Hartford - Farmington

Overall not a bad hotel. Would recommend it to others.

Comfortable beds, very clean and staff was courteous and friendly. Easy to go to right off the highway.

We checked in during the afternoon and then returned late that night after attending an event. Room was a smoking room, they changed our room at 1:30 am, that is good customer service.

It is a good value and kitchen amenities make it, so you can eat in if you want, which is awesome, clean hotel, overly-helpful staff, great location, my favorite place yet!

If you are traveling on a business trip this is an OK place to stay. If you have a pet the room should be on floor 1 not 3. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the gym was tiny and the bagels were just plain! Not enough room as a gathering place.

This is a very good place to stay for business traveler with desk, recliner and small kitchenette. Rooms and common areas very clean and well kept. They did charge an extra $5.00 for wireless connection which most other places provide at no charge.

The hotel looked wonderful on their website. However, when we got at the hotel there was no pool and it was not in a nice area. They also charged our card by mistake when it was not our bill. The release of our money did not happen until we came back from our trip. They also put our family on a smokers floor , it was gross. I guess a person get's what they pay for.
