The staff was very friendly, they were very attentive.
Nothing not to like.

Seemed very quite, it was always like we were the only ones in the hotel, shared the elevator once in 4 days. The rooms were always done up top notch, in fact each night we stayed it got better, mints, lighting, etc. The pool area was particularly nice, but didn't have my suit, or else I might have indulged.

The price was a key factor.
It did not have wireless internet service.

I checked in on Thursday, June 25th, and on Friday evening, approximately around 5:00 P.M., the hotel had a power outage that lasted until Saturday morning around 10:00 am. During this 17 hour period, we had no TV, no ice machines were operating, and we had no access to the elevators. The only thing the hotel electrical generators could handle was the lights.

Excellent customer service, friendly and accommodating.
Screen door was tough to open (broken).

Check in is at 4 but I arrived around 1 pm and they were more than polite and checked me right in. Everyone seemed very customer service oriented and thats most important to me. Very happy staying here and would love to stay again sometime.

Great location, quiet, safe. Comfortable beds.
The room was not as clean as previous stays.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. The room we had for our last stay was smaller and not as nice as the previous stays. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom floor, a definate turnoff for my wife. I'm sure we'll visit again but request a room in the wign where we stayed for our first two stays. Overall, good but not excellent.
