Excellent service.
Senior citizen room.

Overall, good stay for the price. Excellent service, room left a little to be desired compared to other 3 star hotels, although it was clean and had a very comfortable bed.

The bed was extremely comfortable.
I could hear the person in the next room sneeze.

Good clean rooms with comfortable beds. Short distance to the casino although back roads must be used which are very narrow and not well lit at night.

Had all the amenities you would expect from an upscale hotel. Also a great location.
Not much to dislike, had a far walk from the lobby to my room.

Great hotel, with a friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bar, sit down area in the lobby. Can't complain about anything.

Nicely decorated.
Had to ask for soap twice.

In my opinion the best hotels in Mystic are Hilton and Hyatt Place. Excellent and I mean excellent clam chowder.

No comp breakfast; room right next to the elevator.

This hotel was clean, nice, and comfortable. The front desk could have been friendlier.
