The room and public areas were upscale and done very nicely.
I had a few issues with room service, but overall it was good.

This is a great family, resort type, hotel with a wonderful water park right inside the hotel. What a great way to spend a cold winter holiday! The room was wonderful, comfortable and with upscale appointments. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms . Close to but not right on top of hwy.
My room was next to a very loud buzzing electrical room.

A nice hotel but unfortunately my room was quite close to an 'Electrical room' (so marked on a nearby door) that had quite a loud buzz coming from it all night. Slept with a pillow over my head but did not get a good sleep.

Felt safe with my kids, nice pool.
1st room was wrong (no fold out), after switch, 2nd smelled funny.

The main attraction at this hotel is the water park which we did not even see. The rooms were OK, the first didn't have the foldout couch we requested, so we switched rooms. The 2nd room had a strange smell, but we lived with it because it was after midnight. There was too much furniture for the size of the room. I needed to move the desk and the coffee table and chair to open the foldout. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim, but with the foldout open, I couldn't get to two of the lamps. The bathroom was roomy but basic, basic toiletries and decent water pressure in shower. The pool was nice, and the hot breakfast buffet was more than adequate. read more

Room furniture, bathroom, and decor.

For a 3 star hotel, this did not meet my expectations. I feel uncomfortable trusting for future hotels. This hotel need to be completely refurbished and upgraded if it is to remain a 3 star facility.

Overwhelming chlorine stench.

Customers should demand to stay on the first floor or in an outside room AWAY from the pool. The pool was right below our room (atrium) and it was a bit hard to breathe--the chlorine stench ostensibly from the pool below made one worry about some kind of permanant lung or other damage.

Bed bugs, mattress worn out, pad smaller than bed, stained carpet.

Never stay here. I have photos of the bugs in the bed, and the way too small mattress pad.
