The staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good.
When you turned the bathroom faucet on the water continued out of the sink onto you and the floor.

The atmosphere is very nice. The breakfast was a little more than continental and was presented well. The room was comfortable. Some of the fixtures (closet door and drawers) were old but kept well. You usually had to ring the bell for service at the front desk but they came immediately. The suggestion I have for them is instead of 4 men on one shift and 1 woman on the other, they should spread the staffing out to at least have a second person on the shift with the female. read more

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it the hotel was close to food/shops.
I didn't have anything that I disliked.

The hotel is advertised as Delaware's newest hotel. It was very clean and appeared new. The staff was very friendly and as I said above, the hotel is located very close to fast food & restaurants. I was very pleased with my stay. This was a good value for the price I paid ($119 per night).
