Cleanliness.
No wash clothes and card key didn't work once.

Clean & bright - excellent for business travel. Hotel is off main street yet convenient - very quiet room.

It's showing it's age the bathroom & furniture needs some updating.

The window opened so I could air out the room.
The room had a odor. It seemed dirty.

The room needed a makeover. The rugs the bedding, the bathroom all not up to par. The room had a terrible odor. Musty.

Close to attraction and had a whirlpool/shower.
Entrance from highway was deceiving.

Beginning to show its age.

The night audit clerk woman does an excellent job to accommodate guests needs. I had to leave early and she still encouraged me to do the breakfast before it was open, like an hour early.
