Hotel was not to our expectations although it was moderately priced.
Rooms were small and location not good.

We decided not to stay at this hotel because it did not meet expectations.

Nothing.
The room was the worst smelling room I have ever been in!

If someone requests/reserves a non-smoking room and they are not going to receive it, then the customer should be notified.

Inexpensive, clean.
The bed was not that comfortable.

For the price we had a great room and a nice stay.

The room was very clean.
The room and facilities were extremely worn.

If not for the cleanliness of the room I would rate this hotel one star. Although clean, the room was extremely worn. It smelled like smoke though it was non-smoking and noise from other rooms was easily heard. The toilet ran constantly, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, and the TV had to be plugged into a different socket that actually worked.

Convenient, breakfast okay, room clean but old smell/odor.

Very clean but very dated. Morning staff at desk and breakfast were pleasant and helpful.

Nothing nice to say.
This was the worst hotel that my family had ever stayed at.

This hotel needed some minor repairs and the continental breakfast was lousy.

Location to Rehoboth and Bethany. Clean room, lowest price in area, child friendly.
Bed was a little too hard, more pillows.

The Econo Lodge is more motel than hotel. It reminded me of the one-story vacation motels of my youth 1970s. Clean but simple. Outdoor room entrance overlooking the pool. This is a good place if you just need a clean place to sleep, but will otherwise be busy during the day. Not a business hotel/motel.

I liked the cleanliness of our room and I really liked the balcony. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly.
The inital clerk ( a large woman) could have been more friendly. The cement floor outside of our room could have been cleaner. There was no clock.
