location to all of DC and metro station.

Wireless Internet never worked our entire stay. Staff kept telling us it would be fixed as soon as possible as they we having current difficulties. Never worked! Parking garage was off-site (across street at Ritz Carlton). Basically parking is a ripoff at $20 a night as it is, then you have to park 4 levels underground across the street! Room had no safe to lock up expensive items. We vacation a lot and rated this hotel average. Girls at desk were extremely friendly and seemed to be on the ball. The guys just did what they had to do/say to get by! Bed in room was comfortable, but room was outdated and old! Great central location however to sightsee entire DC. read more

Staff seemed to be of extremes either very friendly or rude. Good location for tourist attractions and restaurants. Offered free newspaper, but at 8:00 am they were all gone.

I felt very safe at this hotel. I loved the look and feel of the place. The breakfast was great and their was a wide variety of choices. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

No on-site parking. Had to use the Ritz Carlton lot nearby.

Overall very pleased with this hotel. Excellent location with Georgetown and Dupont Circle a short walk away. Large rooms. Only complaint is that there is no parking at the hotel. You must use the Ritz-Carlton lot nearby.

Dose not supports another language. Only English. Not global hotel.
