Highly upgraded rooms. Very quiet.
Underground parking was very safe, but cost $20.
Great deal on Priceline. Great location - just south of the Capitol. The room was very nice - top quality throughout.

It was conveniently located near the highway needed for our destination.
I only stayed for the night so can't say much.

Free shuttle around DC.
Extra fees and or charges for everything.
Hotel was clean and comfortable but let down by. Parking was unjustifiably expensive. No fridge in room or easy access to ice. No microwave and no publicly accessible microwave. Fitness center didn't provide water, expected to be bought at hotel store. Restaurant appeared acceptable quality however did not match price. Lack of eating options in the area. Questions about safety of the location. read more

Good value and pleasant, helpful and efficient staff.
$20/day parking fee.
This was a bit of a nice surprise that this 1960s hotel had some eclectic design touches that made it more attractive than expected. The area where the hotel is located is undergoing a massive rebuild that will only improve the status of this hotel. The staff was well trained, pleasant, helpful and efficient. Checkout took 2 minutes, literally!

Location/accessibility.
This is a nice hotel with a great view of the Capitol, but the surrounding area is noisy and I wasn't totally comfortable walking to and from public transportation at night.

The pillows were soft.
Parking is not included, that'll be $20 thank you very much.
If you liked the 60's then you'll love this hotel. I only wish parking were included in the room fee. That was an extra 20 and there isn't really any alternatives to parking in the area. We ate at the hotel restaurant. It was okay, but 2 staff for 8 to 10 tables and the bar made it kind of drag. And if you have leftovers just toss them, no fridge in your room. Clean room. Overall it was suitable, not too shabby. read more
