Thought they gave us a special room with a view due to length of stay.
Paying extra for internet service.

Hotel is first-rate and certainly a good value at the my price. Location is excellent. Geared to groups, but we found it very accommodating.

Helpful staff, good water pressure in the shower.
There was construction across the street that started very early in the morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. It was within walking distance to most of the areas of the Capital that were of interest to us. The food was excellent and the waiters were very friendly. Spring water was provided in the floor lobby which was very handy.

The rooms are small.

The hotel was great, near the subway and within walking distance of all the sites. This room met my expectations and then some.

Convenient, People conscious.

Overall the Hotel served our purpose with alot of benefits like the Museums and food places were very close. Taxis were fast to serve and nearby. Comfortable and soothing.. except the homeless guy who camped out at the bus stop .......

The staff was very helpful and courteous, the hotel right at the Metro stop that was very convenient.
Small rooms, not family friendly, and
good for a business traveler.

Great staff, very convenient to the Metro. Small rooms, okay for business, not necessarily for a family vacation.

Great location.
There was a constant droning sound that I think came from outside but couldn't locate the source of it.

The room was on the small side but still had room for a desk and an arm chair. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed. There was a filtered, cold water dispenser on each floor with empty plastic bottles. Also on each floor was a closet that held extra coffee and creamers, iron and board and extra blankets. The ice maker is in the basement with the exercise equipment. The restaurant next door had an entrance from the hotel or the street. They provided room service but I didn't get an answer when I called (although I did eat lunch there once and the food was very good). The hotel also provided menus from several restaurants that delivered. The staff is friendly and helpful. read more

It was in an excellent location and the
cost was great!

It was conveniently located 2 blocks from the White House and all other major sightseeing. The Metro was located directly next to the Metro and extremely easy to access and use. The rooms were very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. I asked for extra coffee to make a pot and the staff was there immediately. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again! read more
