Spacious,clean,nice view, prompt elevator, quiet.
Huge daily fee for SELF parking. $32.00/day is outrageous.
The only reason I would not return is for the parking fee. Then we had to pay for Metro travel. This was extremely inconvenient. Loved D. C.

Family Traveling with Young Children

We were traveling with my son who had broken his heel just before vacation. He was in a wheelchair. The staff was so accomodating and helpful.
The Shuttle Express (quick food place) was very cramped. Good selection of munchies, great coffee, but a tight squeeze!
The staff was amazing! My son was confined to a wheelchair as a result of a broken heel. He was not the nicest person to travel with at the time! The staff went out of their way to make him laugh and enjoy his stay. The waiter at the Capital Bistro went above and beyond to accomodate my son at the buffet. The highlight of our trip was losing my car in the parking garage -- I forgot what floor we parked on! Upon check out the Bell Captain escorted us thru 3 levels of the garage until we found the car! read more
