Excellent decor, modern and updated, and was clean.

It was easy to find, they had parking which wasn't free, but I didn't mind paying to park for one night. Didn't have issues with theft or rudeness. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the breakfast bar didn't have any fruit or alternative options. The rooms do have fridges and microwaves, so if you are a traveler with dietary restrictions, feel free to bring your own snacks. Overall, I was very satisfied. read more

The room was so nice. It had 2 flat screen TVs, great breakfast and two different pillows hard and soft...I loved it.
The clerk when we arrived was not friendly at all.

Room was very clean & attractive. Beds & pillows were very comfy. Hallways and elevators were well lit & smelled fresh & clean. This hotel was very close to all the attractions of downtown. There were two gas stations located minitus from this hotel which was very convenient. I traveled with my husband and children and we were very pleased with our accommodations. read more

The room was spacious as well as the bathroom.
Gift shop not credit card friendly and we had to pay for parking when it stated free!

The hotel was wonderful the rooms were stunning as well as the bathroom nice and roomy. The pool which my kids loved was great we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here we'll be back. We'd recommend this place to everyone. Holiday express is the best! The staff even went out of there way to get us on their sister hotel shuttle bus when they didn't have enough room for all five of us, so we could make our tour in the morning. Totally unexpected and very helpful. read more

The hotel was new, very clean, and the staff was very attentive.
The hotel is located right on a very busy street, in an iffy part of town, and has no close restaurants nearby.

The hotel was new, very clean, and the staff was very attentive. The free breakfast buffet was well stocked and well attended. However, it was in an iffy part of town with nothing, but Taco Bell and McDonald for restaurants. The pool was clean but the chemical smell was so strong it hurt your eyes. However, the only reason I would not stay at this hotel again is the excessive street noise - all night long. read more
