Description of Hotel Monticello
The hotel Monticello of Georgetown is an intimate, all-suite, luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of old Georgetown. Our suites are some of the largest offered in Georgetown. We feature many 5-star amenities: king-sized beds, fine bed linens, and all-marble baths with Hermes bath soaps. In addition, all suites have wet bars featuring microwaves, refrigerators, and coffeemakers. We also stock the wet bars with complimentary gourmet coffees, tea, and bottles spring water. For the business traveler, we offer two-line phones with dataport, voicemail, and a small business center where a busy guest can print documents, and quickly access the internet through our t1 line. To add the final touch of luxury to your guest's stay, we provide fluffy bathrobes (upon request), free health spa passes and all-day fresh fruit, coffee, and herbal tea in the lobby. read more

Location.
The hot water was not available long day at the office.

The hotel ended up transferring me to a different floor that had hot water. The manager called and told me that because of my difficulties that he would take 50% off of my bill. never happened.
