Convenience and the view.
Dirty bathroom fixtures. Need to be replaced I think.

This hotel is an ideal location and reasonably priced for the traveler who is not looking to hang out and the hotel only. The staff is extremely nice and the hotel is quiet.

It was located on the water with views.
The hotel was very old and outdated, we have stayed at better hotels with this star rating . There was a $10 charge per night for valet.

Disappointed with the appearance of this hotel and their rooms. They are very outdated. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and helpful.

A nice view of the inter coastal.
Disgusting rooms.

The rooms are very dirty and musty, towels have stains, clock does not work, TV remote needed batteries. They charge service fee of $10/day for no service. Property should be downgraded.

The additional fee of $10/day...mandatory.

Priceline bidder should be given the option of accepting or rejecting the offer of a hotel that has an additional mandatory charge of $10/day over and above the bid amount. When is the bid amount the full amount and when is it not???

Nice private loacation, close to beach, great restaurant (Watercolors) right on intercoastal waterway. Staff is very friendly and helpful
