I like the view of tre intracostal water from the room.
I did not like the quality of the room.
The Hotel has a beautiful stage presence.The lobby is very nice.There's internet for customer uses.However their is no printer for customer used.The view of the intracostal water is the highlight of the stay and makes up for everything else.

The staff had a very poor attitude.
I would never stay there again. I would never recommend it to anyone. Staff was very rude.

The location being on the intracoastal.
Very shabby, needs major updating and the
carpeting was disgusting.

Staff was friendly.
Rooms smelled moldy.
Nice views and friendly staff. Rooms were musty - smelled moldy. Overall was OK but seemed more like a 2-2.5 star hotel.

Great staff-friendly and helpful.
Pool was too cold.
Very nice location and beautiful views from the balcony. There's a poolside bar and restaurant and it's very close to area beaches and restaurants.

It had a great feel from the minute you walked in the door.

Used as a business/leisure getaway with my wife. While the hotel was about 40 years old the rooms were clean,the bed was comfortable, the showers worked and there was enough room so you did not feel cramped. The service people from start to finish were great and the food was well prepared.

It needs a major update.
This hotel needs a major over-haul. Which I hear they plan on doing in a few months. Nice location, nice view of the inlet/lake. A quick jaunt to the ocean.

Convenience and the view.
Dirty bathroom fixtures. Need to be replaced I think.
This hotel is an ideal location and reasonably priced for the traveler who is not looking to hang out and the hotel only. The staff is extremely nice and the hotel is quiet.
