I could see the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony.
The A/C didn't work well there was a gap all around the door and A/C and it was very humind and hot in the room.

They did not tell me about the extra fees associated with the hotel when I checked out. Their ammenity fee was $5.00 + for things such as a parking spot, laundry availability, pool, internet availibility, etc. I argued with them about this fee and they removed it.

Great room and excellent staff. Beautiful location.
Construction on adjacent floor made it hard to relax during daytime.

This hotel has great service and amenities. Great internet access and convenient to all beaches in the area in addition to shopping areas.

Older but updated. Rooms were very nice & comfortable.
Everything was great.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My husband and I enjoyed it very much.

Charged retroactively for Kleenex tissue.

The management appears attentive and tries to keep the place up, which beats certain other places on U.S. 1 that charge based on location and supply/demand without trying to deliver value. Having microwaves and fridges in the rooms is a nice touch. Charging a credit card retroactively for taking the tissues (due to allergies and sniffles) is not.

The hotel stuff and did not clean the room very well, did not leave extra toiletries even if paper was less than 1/4 of the roll.

The hotel was alright but the stuff needs immediate attention to be more friendly and more pleasant or welcome so that customer's will feel at home. Housekeeping really needs to improve.

Good location and basically attractive layout.
Furnishings a little bad and not-so-clean, amenities fee and their attitude when asked about it.

If your priorities are location go for it. Not really a pleasant environment because the inside and outside aren't kept as clean as they should be.
