The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was awesome.
Did not have a gym or jacuzzi.

The check-in was fast and easy. Chips, a water bottle and a cookie were offered at check-in too. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was a plus and they had a wide variety of healthy choices as well. The pool was heated, so the kids were able to night-swim, which they love. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If I ever travel to that location I would stay here again without a doubt. read more

Pool could've been cleaned more often.

I really liked this hotel. It had everything except for a fridge that I was needing. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

No refrigerator or microwave in room.

The hotel was great, easy check-in, pool was clean. Desk clerks need to learn what activities/ facilities are available in area. i.e. for playground or children specific restaurants.

Hotel hostess was rude and would not answer the phone.

Spent 8 nights in hotels during my trip through S. Florida, but this hotel was the worst even though I stayed in hotels with worst rooms and amenities.

Large rooms, and good breakfast.
Didn't clean room first day.

This was probably a one time lifetime experience, but my room didn't get cleaned or towels changed the first day of the stay! Must have been some odd oversight. I would definitely stay at the hotel again. It would have been wonderful to have a computer available, as I have found in others, but that didn't happen.
