Staff was very friendly.
Hotel charged wrong amount to credit card.
Had issues with them putting holds on my credit card. After three days of departure I'm still having issues getting funds back.

In the middle of nowhere, NO BEACH!
If you want to get a short getaway and lay by the pool The Hyatt Coconut Point is fine. If you want to have access to a decent beach, stay elsewhere! Fort Meyers or Naples are much better locations, Bonita Springs has nothing.
