It was a short walk to the ocean.
The room was disgusting.
I called prior to arriving and requested a king bed. When I arrived I was told that they would upgrade us to a king suite. I was delighted until I saw the room and the location. The room looked like a dungeon and although it had a king bed it also had a partition that had bunkbeds for children leaving only a very narrow pathway from the door of the room to the back of the room. The bathroom was disgusting; old, dirty grout in tub area; disgusting dirty flooring and carpeting. The furniture was old and the view from the room was the parking lot! The hotel was not full to capacity and there were other areas that had nicer buildings that had obviously been renovated. read more

The staff, access to the beach.
was put in a kids room that had part of the room partitioned off with bunk beds, no drain stopper for bath tub.
The property is old, run down and shabby. The location was good, and staff was friendly but the property needs a complete renovation in all areas.

The hotel was right on the beach. Mini-fridge, which is great. The pool area was very nice.
Rooms were very outdated. Carpet, while vacuumed was old/dirty. Phone didn't work.
The hotel staff was very accommodating. Room was very outdated, but had a mini-fridge and also had AC that worked great. It is right on a beautiful beach. Glad I bid, the hotel's rates were higher than mine. Would never pay that much for such an outdated room. Convenient to Kennedy Space Center (about 25 minutes).

Location!
Room needed to be upgraded badly.
This Holiday Inn needs a face lift. But the view was great.

Beach location.
Old & run down, hotel room converted in some type of family room with bad beds for the kids.
Not a business hotel. Economy family hotel only for very short stays.

I'm glad we only stayed one night.
Our room was oceanfront but at night there were no lights around our room and it felt unsafe. The bathroom was well overdue for a remodel.
We only stayed one night. Very dated hotel room and bathroom. I would not want to have stayed longer.

The pools were extremely nice.
Could not get the WiFi to work.
The hotel charged me again for the room. I will call them on Monday and see if I can fix that. I signed out by the TV and it said I had successfully signed out but I guess they charged us for another night, or just goofed and charged again. Not real happy with that. No coffee maker or anything like that. The one restaurant we ate at was over priced and the food wasn't good at all. read more

We could walk to the ocean. Loved that!
Can't think of anything.
We were there 3 nights and slept very well, but there were not many guests staying in the area we were. We liked the hot tub and used it twice.
