Close to beach.
Rooms were old and outdated. Pool moldy, had trash in it.
Hotel is old and needs updating. Several items like air conditioner, tv remote and phone broke at some point while we were there. Staff fixed by kicking or wiggling wires. Kiddie pool was great. Adult pool was moldy and had a broken bottle in it. Activities like tennis and shuffle board were fun.

It's convenience to the beach and the kid area in the room.
Dirty, old and needs updated, the shower was like using a water hose.
I have never been dissatisfied with any of our hotel stays until this one. I was highly disappointed. The hotel was probably wonderful in it's hey day, but now is very old and needs to be updated, the room felt dirty and the shower was horrible. The access to the beach is great and the children's area in the room was a great idea and my son enjoyed that.

Beach, oceanfront, and guest laundry facility.
Outside entrances; older bathrooms; air conditioner controls extremely difficult to move.
Plenty of amenities, with or without a car. Shuttle to cruise terminal very good price (didn't use, wasn't on a cruise).

Hard to see step up into the room. Easy to trip.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Great location. Very clean, but dated with musty type odor.

It was dirty - full of ants - coffee maker with no pot - Phone did not work - Towels were like Burlap.
I think I've said it all. I would rent another Place if I received a free room at this one.

Since we were staying only one night, it met needs for little investment.
Room reeked of "old" and "mold", bed was nothing to write home about. Coffee was terrible for $2 a cup.
This hotel, while it has all of the amenities of a full service resort on the beach, has seen better days and should be enjoyed only at the right price. The beds are lacking and that old, mildew smell permeated the room. Be careful where they put you, as we had a room facing the parking lot and parking garage of the condo next door.
