The clerk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.
Check-out clerk was not at all interested in room problems.

The hotel room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the bathroom floor had ashes on the floor and the room had a smoky smell. The refrigerator did not work and the TV remote power button didn't work. Told the clerk at check-out and I assure you those issues were never addressed.She was very disinterested in hearing about those issues.

The swimming pool was large and relaxing.

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and the breakfast the next morning was great.

Desk clerk was very friendly and tried his best to help.
Very dirty room.

This hotel was not clean enough to stay in. Even after we were told the cleaning staff would clean it while we were out, they never did.

Great location, just outside town.
Didn't have a restaurant.

The staff were very accomodating. We needed a down stairs room because my husband just had back surgery and they managed to switch us around to downstairs room next to ice, drinks, pool, etc.

Not much to look at but the rooms were clean. Had a fridge.
Just a few bugs but is typical for Florida.

In town for a funeral and the hotel fit our needs. Talking to our family who stayed at other places, we seemed to have the better rooms. The refrigerator was nice to have and the rooms were clean. Had free breakfast but never got out of bed before 9 AM to try it. My Uncle said it was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel met my expectations.
Beds were stiff.

We used this hotel as a short stay over to get to our manatee tour and then back to Orlando. It was easy to get a late check in, 2 am late, and the night attendant was away and attentive! I was drowsy and forgetful - and he reminded me I might need a wake up call - good thing he remembered! Breakfast started early enough to accommodate our 6:15 departure.
