It was new and very clean.
No continental breakfast & not close to beach.

The owner was not friendly or accommodating about traveling with a service dog. The staff was all friendly and pleasant, and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It was not as close to the beach as it appeared to be on the map, so that was a disappointment. I would suggest that if you are traveling with a pet, stay elsewhere.

The customer service was very friendly and rooms were very comfortable and clean.
The bar and restaurant need more then one employee.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and they even upgraded me, because I wanted a bath and the room I had only had a shower, the manager is there and on top of it, making sure all is well taken care of as well as the employee at the front. The only problem I saw is they need more then 1 employee in the restaurant and bar, because room service is not available and if in a hurry in the morning which we were, there is no help for the one person who is working very hard. read more

Sparkling clean lobby to room to bathroom to pool to hot tub. Excellent!
Acoustics in the dining room made it very noisy even though there were few people there.

Wonderful value on this elegant hotel. Sparkling clean with beautiful pool. Plan to stay there again.

Rooms nice, shower and bedding. Great bar restraunt manager!
did not seem like a Holiday Inn.

Clean and nice rooms. The food was excellent and the bar/restraunt manager was had all of the leadership qualities you would expect in a much larger hotel in a big city. He was great!
