Clean and friendly. Cinnamon buns are great! Great location.
Bicycle storage needs work. Elevator kinda slow.

Lovely hotel near quaint Main street in Dunedin. Located about 3 blocks from Mease Hospital. Friendly greeting when walking in the hotel. Easy check-in. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, but simple. Well stocked and friendly service. Hotel is located right next to the Pinellas trail if you like biking. Easy to get everywhere by bicycle. Even the beach if you're adventurous. read more

Very nice and close to the small town. Hotel staff were extremely helpful.
It's not really close to the beach. So if you are looking for a resort spot, this isn't it.

We were surprised that the two-star hotel had everything we could have possibly needed. The room was clean and attractive. We loved that there was a kitchen and dining area and that the room was spread out nicely. We spent some time at the pool and had no problems. Dunedin is a cute town, but not the place to be if you really want to lounge in the sun on the beach. We went to Honeymoon Island as well and it was very nice. We got there early but it was starting to fill up by the time we were ready to leave--long before noon. If you need a hotel in the area I strongly recommend this one. Everything was clean and pleasant and everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. read more

Great location.
Jacuzzi was not hot.

Great location within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Dunedin and to the Pinellas Trail.
