New 2006 hotel on beautiful Amelia Island with beach only 50 yards away. Fort Clinch State Park adjacent. Free hot item breakfast with make-your-own waffles. All rooms offer free wireless/wired high-speed Internet, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, sofabed, iron/board, and coffee maker. Amelia Island Lighthouse, recreation center, womans club 1/2 mile. Historic downtown, shopping, restaurants, marina, fishing, casino, and cruising 1.5 miles. History museum, golf, horseback riding, kayaking, Fernandina Beach Airport three miles. Jacksonville Airport 25 miles. Raynior and Smurfit Stones, and Baptist Medical Center Nassau two miles. Limited parking-only one space per room. All Comfort Suites are smoke free. read more

The staff was very friendly and made sure that the guest was made comfortable.
The pool was at the back of the hotel, which made it difficult for small children to enter.

The hotel and staff was great.
I would recommend for others to stay. Its not on the beach but in 3 minutes you can be there.

The Hotel was very clean and close to the ocean.
They put me on the third floor with a view of another hotel in front of window.

My stay was very pleasent. It was an hour away from where my son lives and I could look at the Atlantic Ocean which is what I wanted. We had a great time at Fort Clinch State Park in spite of the weather. My husband also had a great time. We where there during the NorthEaster Storm. Nothing stops me from having a good time on vacation.

Windows would not open, air a bit stuffy.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the brand and star level. Very clean rooms and well maintained. One block from great beach!

The location and cleanliness as well as decor of the hotel.
The exterior side doors would not always open w/ the pass key.

It had very nice rooms that were comfortable. The location is great being directly across from main beach and close to the marina. Another plus was the playground at main beach for my kids. Lastly, they have the greatest complimentary breakfast that I have ever seen.
