The room was large, orthopedic beds comfortable, elegant bathroom with shower and toilet separated , kitchenette great plus, free room front parking.
Room not well vacuumed plus down pillows made it terrible for my allergies, air conditioner old and noisy, and the expensive breakfast.

Pretty pool area.
Its old looking walls and carpeting.
It shows its age.

The beautiful tropical gardens complete with swans, Koy Carp and two pools, one of which has a waterfall and bar service.
Location means you need a rental car to get around easily.
Our second stay here proved as exceptional as the first over a year ago. All but one of the desk staff were always helpful and all other staff we met were friendly and helpful too. We ate at the restaurant "Irelands" which we found to be exceptional food and service and well worth the expense. The bar staff in "Zen" were super friendly and provided great service. Adjacent golf courses are beautiful and challenging but we were disappointed by the unhelpful and unfriendly approach of one of the younger men directing folks onto the first tee and providing the carts. read more

The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and it felt like home away from home.
The main pool was under going cleaning for the first day of our stay and the wireless Internet was not free.
It was perfect for what our purpose was, which was to relax and have some down time. The rooms were very clean and I loved that the bathroom was very spacious along with the room itself. It's a beautiful place to stay. Everyone was so helpful and extremely friendly. Didn't feel like a stranger at all.

Great hotel, friendly and good looking but house keeping is an issue.

The Pool area and Bar / dining areas were nice.
Condo like, once separated from main lobby building the quality drops. Terrible location.
We expected far more from a Hyatt facility. We have stayed at other places that felt more like a get away than this place. Felt too much like a apartment. Would not recommend to friends or family.

The fitness center is awesome and 24 hours. Excellent.
Making people pay for internet is criminal. Hyatt must stop it.
Honestly, nickel and dimming people for internet access is such a huge negative. Hyatt and other upscale hotels continue this practice because they can I suppose. But it does not bring goodwill. I think these hotels need to decide if it is worth it.
