Good place to stay.

Hotel itself was great, very clean. The staff in hotel and restaurant very nice and helpful. Room was nice, basic room.

Fabulous room, balconies with views overlooking waterways. Large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and clothes washing facilities. Would recommend.

Great location, upper scale hotel. Backs on to the waterway which makes it even more enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Il Lagano Suites. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. The room was great. We liked the layout of the room. The washer/dryer came in very handy. The outside balcony was huge. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The only thing I would like to see them improve is the pool area, it is too shady, needs more sun areas.

Hotel was very elegant and the room was very spacious, clean, comfortable & amazing. Valet parking was $15 per night which is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Did not dine at the restaurant, but had breakfast. Continental is included, but the food choice is not worth it; when you supplement it with other breakfast options, it becomes a good value breakfast which is comparable to breakfast at IHOP or similar. The only thing I did not like is that they claim to have a complementary beach buggy ride that takes you to the beach. When you request it, its not always available and if they take you, they may not go pick you up so you'll have to walk back like me or grab a taxi, still cheaper than the $23 parking at the public beach. ...read more

Excellent service staff and room. Room had a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, and view of the ocean. I only wish it was closer to South beach. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great hotel. Front desk clerk was extremely helpful. The hotel thought of almost every detail.
