Steps away from the beach.
Still using blankets on bed instead of double sheet with comforter tucked inside.

All hotel employees we met were friendly, cheerful and very service oriented. Room was very clean, but could use a little updating. Balcony was big and had a lovely view. Beach is just steps away and kept beautiful by hotel staff. Overall, our visit was wonderful and we would recommend the hotel to others.

Location - The beach was right there!
It still seemed expensive for the actual amenities.

Very nice would go again. It is right on the beach no walking you are there!

Very convenient location and wonderful views. Beautiful beach is in fron as well. Room is very clean and large. Well maintained.

Atmosphere and location on the beach was just wonderful.

This was a wonderful place, with a great atmosphere. The location on the beach is spectacular. Enjoyed watching families having fun in the pool and the beach. The suites were well equipped. The staff was super friendly. Enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to others and stay again when in Fort Myers!

Great Location right on the beach.
The restaurant food has to improve!

Rooms are exceptional, large bathrooms, bedroom with king bed. Hugh screened in balcony (no bugs). Non smoking is a big plus. However you can smoke on the balcony. It's a mini suite! Microwave, refrigerator, big screen TV in both the bedroom and the kitchen/family room. Was very pleased with my stay.

Great beach and water sports. Awesome suite as a room.
Hotel restaurant food was awful. It was the only thing unacceptable.

Great hotel and suite. Beachfront property overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Awesome resort as long as you stay away from the Main restaurant.

Checking out was a hassle -checkout clerk very snotty.

Location was very good ; pools & hot tube tiles dirty; check out clerk was very snotty; food was average ; drinks were average ; rooms were small; view was excellent.

How comfortable that it was and the location was great.
My water stopped in the shower as I was finishing my hair.

I would go back there anytime. Whatever questions I had they took care of. The maid did a very good job of cleaning.
