We are only 3 miles from the Univ. of Florida and all its sports facilities, Shands Hospital and the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center. The TRAVELODGE GAINESVILLE offers a complimentary continental breakfast, free wireless internet access, an outdoor pool, Barbecue Grill with Picnic Table and guest laundry. We are 1 block from the Shoppes of Williston Road shopping center with restaurants and a supermarket. Ask about our two room suites or our Sleepy Bear Den Room for families with young children. Right off the highway and extremely clean.
Should have fan in the room, AC could use some work.

Extremely pleased with the cleanliness of room and bathroom. Staff was helpful and friendly when asking directions. Should have a fan to help circulate the air in the room. Needed to drive to restaurant, would be nice if you could just walk to one. Unable to use the pool because it was raining.

Price was great for a two room suite with 2 T.V's & two Queen size beds.

The room was clean, the beds made us sleep great, it was quite, the staff was friendly, and we'll go back again. Thank you.

The rooms are old looking, smelly and the door of the room would get stuck. It took 5-10 attempts before the door would open.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Simple things as the paint in the rooms and door to the room should be clean and working properly, even if it's a low star hotel. The AC was good.

My first impression was, the door rusted, the dirty rug, and the poor attention from the people who managed the hotel.
