Professional atmosphere and cleanliness.
Ambience is somewhat shady and third worldish.
A well made very clean room where everything worked, and well, a less-than-stylish tropical decor that makes you chuckle to yourself.

Location, difficult to leave in the morning due to traffic.
I would not recommend this hotel for any reason. It was a bad experience.

Easy to see from the interstate.
I speak English, not Spanish. Poor customer service.
Location was good. Make sure to remember your toothpaste, or know how to ask for it in Spanish. Don't bother trying to call out long distance from your room. You need a phone card from the gift shop. Say "phone card" or else cashier won't know what you¿re asking for. Oh, and they hung up on me twice when I tried to call.

Room was clean.
Staff was rude and not helpful at all.
The staff was rude and very unprofessional. I would not stay in this hotel ever again nor would I recommend others to stay there.
