Loved the fact that we could separate the rooms.

Loved everything about the hotel stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean, and just perfect for our stay. I will definitely book another stay with the Double Tree.

It was a long and nice beach.
They asked us to pay $10 extra for an ocean view room and they had advertised that all their rooms have ocean view.

It was probably not as deluxe as I expected but it was definitely nice for the price that we paid.

Very comfortable bed.
Bathroom, if any smaller would qualify as a closet. Have to squeeze in to close the door.

Nice hotel with a staff that could be happier. Bathroom is very, very small and had small missing tile near drain. This could be a breeding ground for bacteria.

Sweet staff and beautifully situated.
Bath did not drain and air conditioner was broken. Called the front desk to ask for a room on a low floor but they didn't get the notes.

I would not recommend this hotel. I had booked 2 times. The first night- the air conditioner did not work and the bathtub would not drain. The second night, I asked for a room on one of the lower floors and was assured of this. No one passed this on and so I had go through the process with someone new. In the second room the air conditioner did work but this time the sink did not drain and the help forgot to put the soaps in the room after cleaning. It feels sloppy. The staff was sweet, though, and really tried hard to be of service. The food was delicious. The view was stunning. read more
