Dirty in common areas and the
room was smelling humidity.

Service was so poor the second day, they never came to cleaned the room. We had to call to have clean towels, ice machine was broken, lamps in the room didn't work. Dirty in common areas. People at the desk were not very accomodating. Breakfast took so long to be served, etc.

The location.
Room was moldy & musty smelling, 1 pool closed, charge for all beach chairs, and there were no deck chairs.

The resort is old and dated. In need of cleaning and getting rid of the mold in the room, was very smelly. Was not allowed to carry a soft drink outside the room. One pool was closed and there was no deck chairs at the other pool. No place to sit and enjoy the excellent view. No ice machine.

The bed didn't not even have a comforter or blanket on it, we were upstairs no elevator, away from pool and ocean even though the hotel was empty.

We were given a upstairs room with no elevator access, away from the pool and oceanview even though it was off season and most of the rooms were empty. The bed had no comforter or blankets, just a sheet. The overall appearance of the hotel and grounds looked run down.

We were allowed to register and go to our room prior to official check in time.
Rooms rather old and in need of repair.

Perfect get away location for locals. Very fast response to needs of travelers. Lights not working repaired immediately. Sliding doors repaired immediately upon notification.

Beach Towels were hard to get - bring your own!

We read all these horrible reviews on this hotel and were a bit scared to go. Since we had already booked it, we decided that we would make the best out of it. Once we got there ... to our surprise ... it turned out to be the perfect trip! The hotel was bigger than described in the reviews, (as well as very clean). Staff was friendly, atmosphere was perfect, plenty to do, and we are DEFINITELY returning!! If you want a good time without leaving ... this is a great place to go! read more

Staff rude, registered guests not able to sit by pool with paying for chair.

Would not recommend hotel to any family or friends. The treatment we got was uncalled for. In sight drug use, (gentleman smoking pot on beach).
