Bed was way too hard.

Except for the hard bed every thing else was a very good experience. Thank you for making this work for me.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the gal in the evening. The shuttle driver was very personable as well.
We got a call after 8:00 from the desk checking to see if we were happy. Appreciated the gesture but we had 2 babies we had just gotten down to sleep.

Loved the people working there and the waffle maker.

Bedding not the most comfortable and the pillows were terrible and would stop me from returning to this hotel .
