I liked the free breakfast.
There were bugs in the bathroom and no trash bags in the trash cans.

Overall the hotel was ok, I was moved to another room without bugs, but the carpet in the room was still wet. I have stayed in other Hampton Inns in Jacksonville and this one was so far the worse in the city. It is good for the location, close to where I needed to go for the few days I had to be there. If your looking for a place to sleep this is ok, beds were comfortable. If your looking for leisure or a nice hotel with good amenities do not book here. read more
