Completely terrible.

The bed was terrible and it ooked dirty. The bathroom had a dirty shower area and the carpets smelled bad.

The location and the cleanliness.
The mattress was old and you could feel the springs in it when you lay down.

This is a clean, economy hotel. The furnishings are a little outdated and cheaper looking, but because they're clean, they are acceptable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mattress didn't sleep extremely well because you can tell that it is old and worn down. You can feel the springs in it when you lay down. The bathroom was clean. The room size was good for the price.

The room and beds were very comfortable.
It was only a continental breakfast. Not what I was picturing.

Very friendly and my overall experience would have me staying at this hotel again if in Jacksonville FL again.
