The beds were very comfortable and the elevators moved very quickly.
The business center was very costly - $20/hour internet usage and extra cost per page to print documents. The parking garage was not my favorite.
Overall, the Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel in downtown Jacksonville. The rooms are spacious and clean. The elevators move quickly and are numerous - which equals short wait times.

The view of river.
Hairs on sheets.
Generally clean with exception of short black hairs (few) on sheets. That makes me think beds not changed. Sound travels threw walls late at night, and parking is gambling if you choose on street (homeless always bother as you walk). Beautiful lobby, elevators and nice employees are very helpful. I would stay again. Thank you.

The location on the River is nice.
They need to get WiFi in the room and not just in the lobby.

Beautiful hotel and a
great location.
Gorgeous hotel with many restaurants and services on site. I got my room at a bargain price using Priceline.

Clean, warm appearance; helpful, professional staff; many satisfactory amenities.
When walking the riverbank just outside the hotel lobby, was approached by panhandlers multiple times.
The Hyatt Regency Riverfront lives up to and even exceeds its promise in appearance, comfort, and professionalism, and suffers only from its location (which I will elaborate on shortly). The building itself is an angular motif of stone and glass, and stands out nicely among the skyline of downtown Jacksonville. One is greeted immediately by hotel staff when pulling up, and there was always someone to open the doors when entering or exiting. The staff was dressed sharply, spoke clearly, and with genuine respect. The lobby was spacious, flanked by several in-house dining options, including a café, full-bar, and restaurant. Bellhop service was superb, and the gentleman took the time to point out the various amenities of the hotel, as well as showing us where everything was located in the room. The room itself was elegant, if understated, although technologically a bit dated. All but the most expensive suites have old-school, boxy, CRT televisions. Free WiFi was available on the first floor (lobby and restaurants), but none whatsoever in the rooms (wired internet is available, for a fee). read more

Location on the river.
Huge charges for everything - $15 internet, $4 small battle of water.
Nice location. Not very friendly. Rooms not cheap and they charge for everything moist places offer for free these days. $15 for internet.
