We were able to stay for a fairly cheap rate.
Room was very dated.
When we checked in and received our room keys, it was very back of the hotel. No outside lighting, very empty parking lot, felt very sketchy. Went in to the room and the TV's didn't work. Decided to talk to the front desk and see if we could move to a closer room near other life forms - I was told the entire hotel was booked. After continuing to argue with the staff, miraculously a room in the building right behind the lobby appeared to be free. That room was a lot better but had no comforters on the beds, the mirror on the back of the door had fallen off and was just laying there - not very safe when you have children with you as we did. Also the sink leaked onto the floor whenever you ran water. Sliding glass door was unlocked when we got in. Just overall not impressed but I guess I shouldn't have expected much for my price. read more

Close to Old Town / Good breakfast Value but better hotels near by
Smelly, Door Locks Broken, Slow rewsponse from front desk.
The first time we got locked out of our mildew infested room it took an hour for someone to show up,the second time we got locked out, the maid told me to go into another room that she was cleaning, with peoples things in it and use the phone. That was wrong on so many levels.When the man came to open the door we were told the whole history of the hotel, that is was to be torn down two years ago and the money dried up, so the owners owe the company that supplys there door and lock materials money, thats why all the locks are broken and they have to keep switching out old parts with old parts. The third time we got locked out, I had to go to the office twice, before we could get let in. read more

Large rooms.
Everything else, dirty, no in-room internet,
rude, run-down, seemed unsafe, etc.
Horrible, should be dropped a star rating. Electricity, phone, and cable were out intermittently throughout 5 day stay (in 95 degree weather). Everything else was unbelievably bad, dirty, no internet,
rude, run-down, seemed unsafe, etc. Horrible!

Location - great.
Overall appearance, looks like it needs attention.
Hotel area looks a little neglected. Green areas need some attention. Rooms are great for families. Maid service poor. Lack of complimentary coffee, creamer etc. for first thing in the morning. Hotel did not have items on hand for purchase.
