The staff was very nice and helpful.
The wireless Internet was very poor and no refrigerator.
This hotel was generally a nice hotel. I was disappointed that the wireless Internet was not very good in the room and was very slow to get any flight info on the Internet. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge. I did like the hotel and would stay there again even knowing what I know.

The staff was very efficient and caring.
The hot tub was out back in behind some bushes with ant beds around the area when you step out the tub & the water temperature was not hot.
The hotel was very nice & in a safe area. My first night was waken by noise from a kid next door. I did request to move & it was no problem. The hot tub was behind some bushes in a area that was not suitable if you want to relax by yourself. The housekeepers did an excellent job in keeping the room clean.

The rooms were spacious, beds were reasonably comfy.
The alarm clock had been left set at an ungodly hour of the morning, and went off at 5 am.
The hotel was clean, and the rooms were a bit nicer than I had expected. My first room's key did not work, but they promptly switched my room. There was an unexpected $3 amenity fee, though, which was finalized upon checkout, so it likely applies per day. Doors and corridors are open to the outside, and sections of the parking lot are not well lit.

Nothing will never stay there again.

We were not pleased at all. Looked totally different online than it did in person. I have a 2 year old that couldn't enjoy herself because we couldn't go to the pool or anywhere else because it didn't look safe enough! I do not recommend this place for anyone!

This hotel exceeded my expectations of a two star hotel. Had a lot of amenities and comfy beds. Staff was very helpful.

It is clean and great for the price. 10-15 minutes away from the parks.
No fridge.
Great place to stay for the price. Have paid more for other hotels which are not as good as this one. Has very comfortable beds.
