We had a good experience in this hotel. Actually I forgot my daughter's back pack there; two days after I called to the hotel and asked for the back pack, then, They told me that the back pack was there. Soon they mailed to me. I am really happy with this hotel.

They care about the price per day.

This hotel does not care about your contracts. I checked king-size bed on mine and the hotel says they don't have to meet that selection. On the other hand, they say they can't discount my daily price because is on the contract. A double standard that is unacceptable. After much complaining, they finally gave me the room I requested on my 3rd day of 4. There was also a charge for 'services.' read more

Not happy with this 2 1/2 star hotel. Messed up reservation. Someone was already in my room when I entered.

Location is close to Disney.
The staff was not very eager to check us in.

The room had a musty smell. The continental breakfast has been scaled down from last visit. Could use more seating space. Good price.

The buildings are old and need an overhaul.

The breakfast was severely lacking--basically just bread and juice. No fruit or cereal that I could see.

Hotel is good but price should be lesser as it does not look high quality hotel.

It is a good choice for someone looking for an economy hotel for the night. It is not one you want to spend the day at.

Staff was great however that was overshadowed by the room itself.

It was dated and could use some updates.

It was a great place to sleep for the money.

Breakfast, coffee, location, bus tour, tour provision and staff for time share information.
There was no answering machine for incoming call. No internet option in room for access. Room carpet was dirty.

Overall there was ok stay. No other problem.
