We have stayed at many other County Inn and Suites across the Eastern part of the nation and they were all nice. Not so with this one!

It was dirty, old and needs renovated, there was mold in the bathrooms and the ceiling was falling down in the bedroom. The water in the toilet ran though, The shower had mold in it and didn't work properly. We will not stay there again.

Location.
Ceiling caved in, my suitcase and clothes got wet and full of plaster.

I thought the staff was not helpful. I returned to the hotel after a long day at Disney with my daughter and found the floor wet and full of plaster along with my clothes and suitcase. I found they knew about this already when I called down to the lobby and they offered for me to change rooms. I told them my clothes and suitcase were wet and they had no response, just asked again if I want to change rooms. I don't understand why my suitcase was left under the leak all day to cont. to get wet and full of plaster as they knew about the leak. And I was still charged the $7/day resort charge after all the trouble. Terrible costumer service. read more

The price and location.
Many things in the room were in need of repair or upgrades.

We stayed for one night. After a 25 minutes wait to check in, since there was one man at the desk multi-tasking, we went to our room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom needed plumbing work. The toilet took 30 minutes to fill back up after flushing, the sink faucets were plumbed with the red faucet as cold and the blue as hot. There was a spot where the hairdryer used to be. There was only one tiny shampoo and when we asked about getting a hair spray that was on the list of things available at the desk, they were out. The TV remote didn't work well and had to be turned off at the set. The carpet had dark stains, the WiFi didn't work and the Ethernet cable didn't connect either. If we were on vacation, this room would have been a huge disappointment for a Country Inn. For us, it was just a place to crash for the night. read more
