The lobby floor was beautiful.
Unclean, odor, breakfast, staff, room not as described in reservation.

Non-smoking roomed smelled of smoke initially. Housekeeping made beds, but didn't clean or vacuum room. Not enough breakfast to feed small amount of guests. Staff was eating guest's breakfast. Management was very friendly, but overwhelmed with hotel problems and unable to satisfy all guest's needs. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Could not find anyone in office to check out. Waited 2 hours.

Room was not very clean, had no towels or wash cloths or soap, nearly out of toilet paper. Bed headboard was laying on the floor. Lizard crawling on wall. A/C was too hot or too cold, hard to adjust. Restaurant/Bar was not inviting (Did not go find out though). Could not find office personnel to check out after 2 hours looking in office and other buildings, office was locked.

The room was clean and larger than I expected for the price.
The outside appearence was not good.

It was quite nice inside amd I was surprised to find it that clean when the outside was so unkept. The registration lady was very pleasant, and we didn't need to call for anything extra. I'm sure I'll stay there again.

Very inexpensive and large rooms.
Needed some repairs but overall.

We really enjoyed staying here. There weren't many guests staying during our stay so it was almost like our own private hotel. Never saw anyone else using the pool besides us so that was kinda great too.
