First of, the staff are very lazy, and lounge in the lobby watching TV. Not professional at all.

Very helpful staff and they were very friendly also.
Ice machine was on second floor.

This hotel was very easy to find since it was right at the mile marker 14 on 192, the staff was top notch, and the Hotel was centrally located to the different activities we had planned. The coffee was on every morning, and the staff answered questions. This hotel is a great place to stay if your looking to see the attractions, Disney, Universal, MGM, but it has no activities, it is very reasonably priced, so you are getting the best bang for your buck. I would stay again. read more

Okay except for the resort charge on arrival since there was no resort.
Getting charged extra for
amenities that did not exist.

Looked okay, was conveniently located, no problem with the room for the price. We did not like being charged extra for resort usage especially since there was no
amenities to use that would reflect a need for such a charge.

It was clean, staff was friendly and helpfull, great location and for the price I really expected way more than what
I got.
Don't have any complaints, but the lighting at the pool can be better.
