It's close to Disney park and a lot of restaurant nearby. So it's very convenient.

Very convenient entry to WDW via Seralago Road, a little known back way.

The shower drain was clogged.

We definitely felt that we got our money's worth at the Holiday Inn. Although the gym facilities were small, we were pleased that we could work out on the property. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very close to Disney. We had a pretty balcony on the 7th floor, overlooking the pool. Our only complaints were that the shower drain was clogged and the air conditioner outside was a bit noisy. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay. read more

I loved the extra soft bed, great balcony and location.
I didn't like that there was a 'suprise' $5.99 resort fee applied for each day which was presented on my last day.

The Holiday Inn near Disney (main gate East) was located near the airport, near Disney, and close to Cocoa Beach. This vacation was for my 30th birthday and this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The bed was super soft and the rest I accomplished was amazing! The room itself was clean, housekeeping stocked daily our supplies, the balcony was dreamy for evening cocktails and relaxing. read more

The manager was of great assistance, he accommodated our needs immediately!
Advertised a heated pool and it was pretty chilly regardless of outdoor temperature.

My overall experience was good, the hotel manager accommodated my family the best they could immediately. On the day we checked out, the bell boy helped out get our luggage out and to the car, I forgot to tip him. I realized we had left something in the room, so I returned to the room. Some food taken out of the fridge and eaten in a manner that indicates a spoon was not available. I believe it was the bell boy because there weren't any maids on the floor yet, and I was the last person in the room prior to and I lift the toilet seat. I have manners. I don't appreciate the bell boy making us look like slobs nor do I appreciate the idea of making the cleaning service clean up after him in a guest room. read more

Room was very clean. There were sheer drapes that allowed light into the room and tended to diminish the sense of privacy. Overall a very good room, and kitchenette (no plates or flatware).

Business center access not free.

Toilet/shower area of bathroom a tight squeeze to get the door shut. Quiet room. Heat/air hard to regulate, when it was on, it was too much and when off it wasn't a comfortable temperature.
