I liked the decor, room size and convenience.

Decor in the hotel was very nice. Beds were soft and rooms were big. It was very convenient to I-75.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was kept very clean.

Excellent location for the travelers who just needs lodging. The hotel is right off the highway. Quick in and out. The kids loved the indoor pool and the many layers of the hotel. It seemed to be seasonal friendly as when we visited the hotel in October they had a Costume themed get together in one of the lounges. Yes, I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Price line!

I have not stayed at a full service Holiday Inn in decades. The sheets were so soft
and everything was just wonderful!
They need do not disturb signs and a lot of guests were in and out of the common areas barefoot -that part was crazy.

This was a lovely hotel that felt more cozy than most and was very well maintained. I also liked the hotel's non-smoking policy. The rooms were fresh smelling and clean. The bedding was far better than even the newly done Marriott's. Higher thread count and the air conditioning worked well (this has been a problem in most hotels all summer long). The staff was professional, polite and friendly - best new Holiday Inn experience ever! read more

It was attractive and friendly.
No convenient vending machine.

I was traveling with children and the hotel was comfortable and I felt safe as a single mother. It was clean and convenient. We really enjoyedour short stay.

More selections for room service breakfast.

My experience with the hotel was very good. It is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to accomidate. I would definately want to stay there again when I return to Cross City.

Elevators were very slow

The stairway in the lobby was being decorated for a wedding and there were enthusiastic members of a family reunion throughout the hotel--all adding to the feeling of excitement. People seemed to be feeling at home in the facility. I was staying with my son and there were other family members in other rooms--we were there for a funeral. The hotel was very accommodating in placing us in rooms next to each other despite the fact that we didn't know we were all staying at the same hotel until we arrived. The hotel did not have a restaurant except for breakfast but there was a Ruby Tuesday right next door. We were all happy with our choice of this Holiday Inn. read more

The pool was very good and we enjoyed it very much.
The hotel atrium was nice but the noise level was high.

We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again if we are traveling through the area.
