The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat! For the price I was very impressed, the room was very clean and comfortable. Every time I encountered a staff member they smiled and said hello, they were never in a rush to walk away. We had dinner at Shucker's which is attached, it was very good and the staff there was friendly as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be coming to stay there any time I go to Miami. read more

Parking was a bit tight.

Good place, continental breakfast was good, breakfast staff was excellent & eager to help. Room was clean, food was good at the restaurant, bed was comfortable. All around good experience.

The room was beautiful, nicely laid out, inviting, and relaxing.
The staff seemed a little stressed but they were not unfriendly.

Our expectations were moderate for the room but wow, we were amazed. The room was large and had some nice amenities, I enjoyed the mini study. The pool was large and nicely kept up. Great hotel.

Wish the room could have been a little larger.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable. The location was very nice. Location of the Hotel was near all the main attractions and still far enough away to be separated.

Location, breakfast, friendly staff, free parking, awesome food in the restaurant, free wireless.
Restaurant charged 18% tips, view from balcony.

I was little disappointed with balcony view. The bay was on the left and barely visible. If I knew this I would not pay extra price for the view. The rest was fine: friendly staff, clean room, fridge and coffee maker in the room, good restaurant near hotel.

I would recommend this hotel - Spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff and a safe area. My wife is a runner and she had no issues running around North Bay Village. The hotel restaurant is Shuckers which is a fun friendly place with good food and a great view of the Ocean. Booked the hotel pre-cruise and used the shuttle in the morning ($15pp). I would recommend booking the stay/cruise package as this works out a bit cheaper. If coming from FT Lauderdale Airport, use the limo service - just $61 to the hotel. read more
